Detailed Explanation Of The Three Main Heat Dissipation Methods Of LED Lights

2021-08-06

(1) Plant lamp fan heat dissipation: The principle of using a fan to output the heat generated by the LED lamp into the air is very simple. Just like the cooling principle of a computer and a TV set used every day, air convection occurs through a fan to ensure that the temperature of the air around the heating element is not too high. Simply put, the fan is used to send the hot air generated by the LED lamp to the air, and then supplemented with room temperature air to achieve the heat dissipation effect.

(2) Natural heat dissipation: Natural heat dissipation means working directly in the LED lamp without external measures. The main principle is to make the whole lamp of the LED lamp have a large contact area with air, and use components with better thermal conductivity. In order to better transfer the heat generated by the luminaire to the air, and then through natural convection, that is, the hot air rises, the cold air compensates, thereby achieving the purpose of heat dissipation of the LED lamp.

(3) Electromagnetic heat dissipation: Electromagnetic heat dissipation is called electromagnetic jet heat dissipation. Instead of using a fan for gas convection, electromagnetic vibration is used to drive the vibration of the film cavity to make the air circulate and flow, achieving the effect of heat dissipation. The technical difficulty is complicated. Some LED products are used. Temperature can change the physical form and chemical structure of an object, some are better, such as cooking and cooking, while others are not good, such as burns and burning. When using LED lights, we don't want it to generate so much heat. In addition to improving the efficiency of electro-optic conversion, only heat dissipation measures can be added.
