First of all, we need to know the structure and principle of LED backlight strip. The difference between LED backlight strips and other light strips is that the LED chips are equipped with PMMA lens. The function of the lens is to refract the light on the basis of 120 degree luminous angle, that is, to expand the beam angle again, so that the light of the LED chips irradiates on the soft film of the light box more evenly. The beam angle of conventional lens is about 150 ~ 160 degree and that of good lens is 165 ~ 175 degree respectively. The specific matching information are as follows.

For 3cm thickness light box, using 170 ~ 175 degree beam angle lens, the line length distance can be 5 ~ 6 cm. (Remember, the light strip cannot installed the caps)

For 4cm thickness light box, using 170 ~ 175 degree beam angle lens, the line length distance can be 7 ~ 8 cm. (Remember, the light strip cannot installed the caps)

For 6cm thickness light box, using 170 ~ 175 degree beam angle lens, the line length distance can be 13 ~ 15 cm. (The distance will be 12cm when there installed the caps)

For 8cm thickness light box, using 170 ~ 175 degree beam angle lens, the line length distance can be 16 ~ 18 cm. (The distance will be 15cm when there installed the caps)

For 10cm thickness light box, using 170 ~ 175 degree beam angle lens, the line length distance can be 18 ~ 20 cm. (It can be adjusted according to the brightness requirements)

For 12cm thickness light box, using 170 ~ 175 degree beam angle lens, the line length distance can be 20 ~ 25 cm. (It can be adjusted according to the brightness requirements)
