Four steps to solve the malfunction of LED backlight strip

Diguang LED backlight strip is designed as back lighting source, mainly used in single sided back-lit advertising light box, signs, billboards, and stretch ceiling, especially for large size ones. Do you know how to solve the malfunction during the installation?

1. The LED backlight strip is always flash when connected to the power supply. How to solve it?

(1). The power of the LED transformer is too low and does not match. Replace the high-power LED transformer.

(2). The wire is not connected properly. Rewire.

(3). The LED transformer is out of working. Replace a new one LED power.

2. When the LED backlight strip turn on in the advertising light box, the front section is bright and the back section is dark.

The main reason is that the wiring is too long or too thin, and too many LED backlight strips in series. It is better to connect 10 pieces LED backlight strips as one circuit, so as to maintain the voltage balance. Then, the brightness will keep the same level in finally.

3. There is a shadow on the advertising cloth of the light box when the LED backlight strip turn on.

It's because the distance between each backlight strips is too large and the light is non-uniform. Just adjust the distance between the LED light strips.

4. The LED backlight strips does not light up when the power is connected.

(1). The positive and negative electrodes are connected reversely. Rewire.

(2). The LED power is short circuit.

(3). If a single lamp or several lamps don't work, it means that the copper bracket of the circuit board is broken, the resistance is broken or the lamp bead is burned. Cut it and connect to new one.
